Neon Overdrive is an offline endless runner available on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). We respect your privacy and are transparent about how information is handled on both platforms.
We do not collect personal information ourselves. The game does not require an account and does not send your personal data to our servers.
The only information stored by the game is saved locally on your device:

We do not track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising. Neon Overdrive does not use data for tracking as defined by Apple.
If the operating system shows an App Tracking Transparency prompt and you choose Ask App Not to Track (or never see a prompt), AdMob still shows ads, typically non-personalized. You can also change this later in iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android you can opt out of ads personalization in Google settings (Ads / Ads personalization).
We do not collect or use personal data ourselves. Local high scores exist only so you can see your progress on that device. Ad-related data is used solely by Google to deliver and measure ads in the game.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties, because we do not collect it.
Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob (and Google’s advertising partners) as described in Google’s policies. On iOS, Apple may also receive limited install / conversion information used for privacy-preserving ad measurement (for example SKAdNetwork), without identifying you to us.
Game progress is stored locally. Its security depends on your device (passcode, Screen Time / Play Protect, OS updates).
Neon Overdrive does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It is a single-player game with ads. We do not offer social features, chat, or accounts.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through ads, contact us and use the Google / Apple ad settings above.
Because we do not hold a personal profile about you, we cannot provide, correct, or delete an account on our side. Delete local scores by clearing app data or uninstalling.

The app is published on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Google may process ad data in the United States or other countries as described in their privacy policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest version is always in the app (Privacy screen) and on this page. The date at the top shows the last update.
